The Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía (C3A) is presenting works made by Timsam Harding, Claudia Ihrek, Pablo Marte, Mercedes Pimiento, Florencia Rojas, and Derek Van Den Bulcke during their residencies at the arts centre.

The six artists selected to take part in the fourth C3A Research and Production Programme experienced the atmosphere of a shared investigative effort, a lifetime project, and working together. They treated the residency as a laboratory, an attempt at a new way of relating to each other, with ideas situated in a concrete spatio-temporal context. Living together was like a rehearsal for a future in which social distancing is merely an anecdote from the past.
