The C3A in Córdoba, drawing from the CAAC's photographic collection, offers a new reading of its holdings through the curatorial vision of Alberto García-Alix.

The selection of works in Plots and Fictions focuses on photography's capacity as a discipline committed to documenting the body and its imprint on space and territory. From Nan Goldin to Cristina García Rodero, the exhibition reveals how the photographic lens and the individual interact, weaving a network of stories¿some resolved, others suspended in time.

Through this lens, the exhibition also questions the notion of photography as a truthful document, opening the door to new narratives that, in the service of art, expand the boundaries of the documentary.
