The C3A proudly presents the group show Tocar la Tierra ["Touching Ground"], arising from our 2019 Research and Production Programme. The artists showing have all spent six weeks in residence at the C3A.

Touching Ground involves a gaze at the territory, a point of departure and convergence for six artists with two things in common: a creative capacity, and a place called home.

But the exhibition is also a political position, a manner of working with the idea of the"south" as a mark of identiyy that can put us on the map, making us visible, if only metaphorically.
